Ron Paul explains cause and effect of US foreign policy
I’ve been watching bits and pieces from the recent GOP presidential debates and have found an edited video where candidate Ron Paul describes the cause and effect of interventionist US foreign policy. His comments are intersected with parts of a PBS documentary that detail the 1953 CIA-lead coup in Iran. This clip is good because it is short but very direct - America’s disregard for others nations’ sovereignty encourages a climate of anti-Americanism:
He is a person that, to me, looks like someone Australia could support.
This is also an opportunity to test embedding videos into our blog posts. Expect many more like this!
(NB. If you have a Wordpress blog and are learning how to embed video but can’t quite work it out, see this short video to see how its done!)
